Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer flat-rate shipping to ensure transparent pricing:
- France: 5€
- European Union: 10€
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing tracking information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LE BOXFIT is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
Damages
LE BOXFIT is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
