Returns

Returns must be made for the entire box. No single items can be returned. Each box is curated as a complete outfit; therefore, returns must include all items in their original condition, with all tags attached.

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags).
  • In their original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us via the "Contact" button or email us at info@leboxfit.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and find a solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
